Warranty Statement

Your wallet should last a lifetime—and I stand by the craftsmanship.

1. Lifetime Stitching Warranty

All hand-stitched and machine-stitched seams are covered under a lifetime warranty.
If stitching ever fails during normal use, I will repair it at no cost.

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Water damage, fire, or chemical exposure

  • Intentional damage or modification

  • Normal wear such as scratches, marks, patina, or stretching

  • Lost or stolen items

Natural changes in leather over time are expected and beloved—they are not defects.

3. How to Request a Repair

To submit a warranty request:

  1. Contact Us

  2. Include your order number (if available)

  3. Attach photos of the issue

I will evaluate the damage and determine whether a repair or replacement is appropriate.

5. Shipping Costs for Repairs

For warranty repairs:

  • Repair is free

  • Customer covers shipping TO the workshop

  • We cover return shipping.
