Because each item is made to order and handcrafted specifically for you, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction matters, and we will always make things right if something arrives damaged or defective.

1. Made-to-Order Items

Every item is crafted one at a time, specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, color variation, or natural leather characteristics.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your wallet or accessory arrives damaged or defective, please Contact Us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a repair or replacement at no cost.

3. Natural Leather Characteristics

Full-grain leather may show:

  • Small marks or scars

  • Variation in grain

  • Slight color variation

  • Patina development over time

These are natural characteristics of the material—not defects.

4. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please Contact Us within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, cancellations may not be possible.
